so much love and care went into the design and execution of the 2020 renovation. the original floor plan lent itself beautifully to its current function. the south side of the structure and the second floor remain a single-family home. the north side of the house serves as a completely private airbnb with adjoining spa that graciously invites guests and clients to enjoy a piece of jacksonville history.
